OrthoFX has a special insurance customer care line to help with all questions about treatment reimbursement including the use of HSA (health spending accounts) and FSA (flexible spending accounts). Our customer care experts will assist you with claim submission, prior authorization and insurance verification as well as assisting with appeals for denied claims.
We will strive to give you the most updated information but unfortunately, we can’t ensure that you will be reimbursed for your OrthoFX treatment. Insurance reimbursement is complex and the rules change frequently and only your provider can make actual reimbursement decisions.
